Nowadays, the advent of a computer technology has opened a new chapter in technological advances which makes computers make all live easier so that all can live good lives. Computers are everywhere at work, at home, and most especially in school. Most schools use computers to help their students deal with our modern technology. But as the population of the students yearly grow. Many schools face some difficulties in handling their enrollment using a manual process.

This study will be conducted only on our school that can help registrar`s employee, students and instructor. Having a computerized enrollment system is an efficient way to have an easy process during enrollment and also can help the student their enrollment. This study can help improve and can benefit our own school.

The school registrar`s current situation in enrollment process students suffered slow process and time-consuming of manualenrollment process. Sometimes the student`s leave it to their classmates to enroll them. The manual procedure of school during enrollment instead student have to stand and wait for an hour or more. Sometimes, they need to come back the next day so they can be officially enrolled.

One of the solutions to this problem is to changed manual enrollment to an computerized enrollment system. The system designed project, Enrollment System will provide the needed information in a faster, more convenient way of storing files of the student enrollee `s in a computer system that will lessen the effort of faculty and staff on storing files of a student. This information here can be viewed quickly without worrying a single file of students might be lost. The idea behindan enrollment system is not a new concept.

As a result of the benefits of computer-assisted and computerized enrollment system, computerized resources of student enrollment process have been developed.
